Pharmacy record retention. Because we are a licensed pharmacy, closing your account removes your sign-in and your non-retained personal details but does not erase dispensing, prescription, order or payment records. State and federal law require us to keep those for the statutory retention period, which is a minimum of seven years in most states. Your name stays attached to them so the records remain identifiable to you, your prescriber and regulators. Opt-out records, including SMS STOP requests, are also kept permanently so a later signup is not messaged against an earlier opt-out.

We use session cookies to maintain your login state and provide a secure experience. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
