Our story
Pharmaneek began with a simple frustration shared by patients everywhere: pharmacy had become impersonal. Long hold times, confusing pricing, and no one who knew your name. We set out to build something different — a modern pharmacy that combines the rigor of a licensed compounding operation with the service of a neighborhood pharmacy that actually answers the phone.
Today, Pharmaneek operates as a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy from our facility at 7345 Woodland Drive, Suite A, Indianapolis, IN 46278. Every prescription we dispense is reviewed by a licensed pharmacist, tracked by lot number, and backed by records we keep on file.
That combination — licensed rigor plus personal service — has let us grow from a single Indianapolis pharmacy into an operation trusted by patients across the country, without ever losing the thing we started with: when you call, a real person who can actually help you picks up.

How we fit into your care
If you found us through an online health platform, your care actually involves several separate, independently licensed organizations — and understanding who does what makes everything else make sense.
The website or app where you signed up. It connects you with a licensed provider, hosts your consultation, and handles its own billing and refund policies.
An independent, licensed, board-certified provider who reviews your health information and, when appropriate, writes a prescription for you individually. All clinical decisions — including dosing — belong to your provider.
We are the licensed pharmacy that fills your prescription. Our name appears on your label along with your Rx number, prescriber, and directions. A pharmacist reviews every order, we verify the product and its lot information, and we keep full records on file.
Because these roles are separate, we route questions to the right place: medication and dosing questions go to your prescribing provider, billing and refund questions go to the platform where you placed your order, and everything about your prescription, its quality, and its records comes to us. Multiple licensed companies handling consultation, dispensing, and delivery is completely normal in modern pharmacy operations.
