The regulatory shift

New state rules changed how medications can be dispensed.

For patients in certain states, an in-state pharmacy license is required. That creates a clear role for an independent pharmacy that already knows its community and its responsibilities.

01 / WHAT CHANGED

In-state dispensing

State rules can require an in-state pharmacy license to dispense to patients in that state.

02 / THE GAP

A local connection

Telehealth programs cannot ship into every state without a licensed in-state pharmacy of record.

03 / THE OPPORTUNITY

Your existing license

Your pharmacy is the missing piece. You handle the dispensing responsibility and receive a fee for every package.

One connected workflow

Telehealth companies provide the patient base. We coordinate distribution. You dispense.

01

05

A straightforward model

Paid for every package. Paid every month.

No product cost, no inventory risk, and no chargebacks. Volume depends on patient orders supplied by telehealth partners and routed to your state — not on patient acquisition by your pharmacy or Pharmaneek.

Clear answers

Questions pharmacy owners ask first.

The referring telehealth company owns and manages the patient relationship. Its licensed provider evaluates the patient and issues the prescription, then the telehealth company provides the patient order and required information to Pharmaneek for coordinated distribution.
