If a prescription needs a prior authorization, we work with your doctor and insurance company to make sure it goes through. In the event that your prescriber requires additional action on your behalf (such as an office visit or consultation), we will make that step as easy as possible by communicating clearly and consistently with you.
About a month before your medication runs out of refills, we reach out to your prescribers to get your new prescription. If we have any issues with contacting your health providers, we will contact you by e-mail for assistance.
