Else joins us from Meridian Visiting Physicians as the founder and CEO. She's a Harvard graduate having spoken at the United Nations discussing the impact of "Creating Entrepreneurship Ecosystems to Support SMEs and UN Sustainable Development Goals". She's also a board member of the American Lung Association.
Happy Dhani
CEO
Happy founded Pharmaneek in 2011 as a successful healthcare entrepreneur. He brings a hands-on passion for efficient solution delivery, a bias for process automation and an operator’s mentality formed through launching a handful of labor-driven Healthcare startups. He is currently leading a process to exit Access Therapies, Inc, a long-term Physical / Occupational Therapy and Nursing placement agency serving Acute Care, Specialty Outpatient and Physician/Clinic markets, which he co-founded in 2004. Exiting the year on a ~$22MM run rate with bids in hand for an 80x cash-on-cash return to initial investors, Happy is motivated to increase his focus on driving growth and value in Pharmaneek. He holds a BS in Accounting from Indiana University, and worked as a Staff Accountant from 1984 until 1989, the year he launched his first Healthcare startup.
Matt Hamm
VICE PRESIDENT
Matt is a founding employee of Pharmaneek and has successfully driven growth and efficiency. He joined in 2011 after serving as Vice President of Wellfount Pharmacy, with prior experience as Director of Automation for acquirer PRN/OmniCare and as GM of Cornerstone Pharmacy. Matt has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University
Leo Obrique
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Leo has worked in the IT industry for over 30 years in System Analysis, Programming, and Networking. Has also experience in working with MS SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL. With a degree in B.S. Computer Science, Leo has been a Microsoft Certified Professional and Certified Scrum Master.

John Brady
John joins us from a Commercial Executive role in Lumiata, Inc, a Blue Cross Venture Partners portfolio company in Silicon Valley that provides AI and predictive analytics. He previously founded and led Stratice Healthcare, a SaaS Healthcare data network solution launched in 2010, raising $10MM, contracting national healthcare providers and driving to successful exit.
Sanjay Malkani Growth and Capital Planning
Sanjay actively advises companies with a focus and passion on innovative solution delivery to materially impact our Healthcare system. For a decade ending 2018, Sanjay served as Global President of the Toxicology division of Alere, Inc (NYSE: ALR), the Global market leader in diversified toxicology products, services and POC diagnostics.
Mitchell Roob Jr Policy Development and Government Relations
Mitch is a Senior Policy Advisor with Bose Public Affairs Group. As a veteran executive with extensive experience in both government and business, he works with clients on a State and Federal level, including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in Washington, DC, on a variety of issues related to health and economic development.
Dr. Prithvi Dhani, DDS
Dr. Prithvi Dhani, DDS is a dentistry practitioner in Laguna Hills, CA and has been practicing for over 30 years. He graduated from Indiana University School Of Dentistry in 1988 and practices dentistry.
Dr. Kevin D. Neese, MD
