Pharmaneek brings the patient into the program and coordinates the consultation. After a licensed provider prescribes, the prescription is routed to an activated partner pharmacy in the patient’s state for independent pharmacist review. Once approved, it follows the product- and state-specific preparation, labeling, and delivery workflow, which may use an applicable 503B pharmacy. Your pharmacy earns a negotiated dispensing fee for each eligible Completed Prescription.

Pharmacy requirements vary by jurisdiction. No state is activated until the parties review the applicable licenses, workflow, product pathway, counseling, records, privacy, labeling, and shipping responsibilities.

Patient is supported
Pharmaneek acquires and supports patients through registration, ordering, payment, and non-clinical administration.

A licensed provider conducts the consultation and independently decides whether to prescribe.

Prescription is routed
The prescription is securely sent to an activated pharmacy licensed in the patient’s state. PioneerRx is streamlined; other systems can follow an agreed workflow.

Pharmacist reviews
Your assigned pharmacist independently reviews each prescription.

Medication is prepared
When the approved product- and state-specific workflow uses a 503B pharmacy, the prescription is sent there after partner-pharmacist approval for patient-specific filling according to the prescribed formulation and dosage.

Label and ship are coordinated
Approved labeling and shipping coordination identify the dispensing pharmacy and pharmacist as legally appropriate, with required verification and records.

Patient receives delivery
The dispensing workflow is completed and the patient receives delivery through the approved, state-specific pathway.

Completed Rx is reported
Eligible Completed Prescriptions count toward monthly compensation at the agreed dispensing fee.
Your role is clear: Review each routed prescription using independent professional judgment. You may approve, clarify, delay, or reject it. Pharmaneek coordinates the remaining approved workflow, while your pharmacy retains all professional duties required by law. A prescription is never automatically approved.

How you earn
$1.00–$2.50 for each eligible Completed Prescription.
Your expected patient and prescription volume helps determine the dispensing fee negotiated within this range. The final per-prescription rate is documented in the executed agreement. There is no guaranteed volume, and forecasts are illustrative.

We review expected patient and eligible prescription volume with your pharmacy, then agree on one per-prescription dispensing fee within the range. The final rate, payment timing, and reconciliation terms are controlled by the executed agreement.
The fee is dispensing compensation only. Medication, ingredients, packaging, shipping, inventory, and related costs are handled separately in a written schedule.

Your pharmacy retains every professional duty imposed by law. The agreement does not rent, transfer, delegate, or sell your license, and Pharmaneek does not practice pharmacy under it.
